我國中央政府五院之一，為全國最高行政機關，掌理全國行政事務。分設內政、外交、國防、財政、經濟、教育、交通、法務八部，僑務、蒙藏二委員會及主計處、新聞局、人事行政局、衛生署及環保署等。
